Ocean Science

Diving deep in the world under the sea is for the adventurous. In this redesign of Plymouth University’s Ocean Science program’s homepage, I used colors, imagery, and information to strike a spark in the user. The main problem in this page wasn’t the lack of information but that it lacked a design the reflected the excitement of Ocean Science at Plymouth University. During this process, I researched ocean science and marine biology to understand the types of tasks and equipment used in the field. By gaining information about how the field works I was able to design and organize the information needed about the program.
